Copy your Damgo license key from the purchase confirmation page or the customer portal linked in your purchase email.
- Paste it into the app
Enter the key in Damgo’s license settings and select “Use on this PC”. An internet connection is required.

Is this a subscription?
It is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. You can keep using the major version you purchased, including updates within that version. Future major upgrades will be announced separately.
Can I use it on another PC?
Yes. Select “Use on this PC” with the same license on your new PC to deactivate the previous one. Only one PC can be active at a time. Files already saved on the previous PC are kept.
Can it save videos from every site?
It depends on the site and the video. Damgo can save supported public videos and media you have permission to access. DRM-protected content is not supported, and changes to a site may temporarily affect downloads.
Can I use it offline?
License checks and new downloads require internet access. A license moved to another PC is usually reflected within 30 seconds online. If the connection drops, access remains valid for up to 90 seconds after the last check. Saved files can still be opened offline.
Can I install it on Mac and Windows now?
Early access version 0.6.2 is available for Apple Silicon Mac and Windows x64. For installation help, contact support@skene.ws.
Can I use it with an agent?
Yes. The CLI works with agents that can run shell commands and returns completion status and saved paths as JSON. An Agent Skill is included. The app and CLI share the same PC activation, so no separate license is needed. See installation steps
